From the Gridiron to Recovery

Hello, everyone! I’m Jack Tabb III, and I played football as a Tight End at UNC and later with the New Orleans Saints. Beyond the adrenaline of the game, my journey has been one of resilience, particularly after sustaining injuries that would make any athlete pause: a torn ACL, MCL, and both the medial and lateral meniscus. It's the kind of setback that challenges you not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

My path to recovery was not paved with traditional pharmaceuticals. Instead, I turned to a remedy that resonated with my roots — CBD. Growing up in Japan, where I was born just over thirty years ago, I was enveloped in a culture that revered natural and holistic remedies.

In Japan, CBD has been gaining popularity, especially for its perceived therapeutic benefits without the psychoactive effects of THC. Fun fact: Japan has a rich history of utilizing hemp, a tradition dating back to ancient times, and now CBD is becoming a modern extension of that tradition.

After my injuries, as I grappled with pain and the daunting road to recovery, I found solace in CBD's therapeutic properties. It became a cornerstone of my healing regimen- all without the side effects that typically come with conventional therapies.

CBD's role in my life has been transformative for my overall well-being. I'm sharing my story not as medical advice, but as a personal testament to the power of exploring alternative paths to healing.

My journey from the football field to recovery has been about resilience and adaptation. It's about how we can find strength in the natural world around us and how, sometimes, going back to our roots can open up a road to healing that we never thought possible.

Here's to finding your path to wellness,

Jack Tabb III
